General Requirements for the Nigerian Army Recruitment

  1. Candidates must be Nigerians who uphold Nigerias constitution.
  2. Applicants must be between the ages of 20 and 30 to be considered. Only those above 30 years old and up to 39 years old are eligible for the role of a medical consultant.
  3. Adhering to the Nigerian Army Standard requires that you be physically and mentally healthy.
  4. A note from your previous company will significantly improve your chances.
  5. A “certificate of state of origin” properly signed by the Local government officials will be required of you.
  6. The minimum height requirement for men is 1.68 meters, while it is 1.60 meters for women.

  8. Applicants must have a first-degree certificate in the necessary subjects. These certificates must have been given out between 2009 and the present to be accepted.
  9. A birth certificate or age declaration certificate that has been properly signed must be shown. The National Population Commission, the hospital where the child was born, or the local government council must attest to the birth certificate’s validity.

  • Referees may include the chairman or secretary of the local government, a member of the armed forces with at least the rank of lieutenant colonel, or an assistant commissioner of police or an equivalent who must be a resident of the applicant’s state.
