Monex USA is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our newly established Miami Sales team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Forex market. Your primary responsibilities will include generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and facilitating meetings for your branch Managing Director to drive revenue growth. We are seeking motivated self-starters with strong sales acumen or individuals eager to enter the realm of Financial Services Sales. •As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Forex market

•Your primary focus will be on generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and setting meetings for your branch Managing Director to drive revenue growth

 

•Conduct research to identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities

•Conduct high volume outbound sales calls (150 dials/day)

•Minimum 90 talk time (average) per day

 

•20 qualified opportunities per month

•Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential clients through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and other methods

•Along with Director, present and promote the company’s foreign exchange products and services to potential clients, emphasizing their unique value propositions and benefits

 

•Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and research, to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and initiatives

•Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities within the foreign exchange industry

 

•Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including pipeline analysis, revenue forecasts, and progress towards sales targets

•Continuously update knowledge of the foreign exchange market, industry best practices, and emerging trends to effectively position our company in the market

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or other relevant sales and marketing tools is a plus.
